1966 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350-H finished in its iconic Black and Gold livery. This is a verified real-deal Hertz car—Shelby #SFM6S1932—with documentation confirming the matching VIN. Originally shipped to Tousley Ford in Minnesota and then to Hertz, this car spent most of its life locally. Purchased out of rental service in May 1968, it remained with the same owner until his passing. The car was fully restored in 2011 and has seen approximately 2,000 miles since.

Power comes from a HiPo 289ci V8 with a Shelby-spec cam, paired to an automatic transmission. At the time of restoration, the engine, transmission, and rear end were rebuilt. The car retains much of its original trim including the fiberglass hood, Shelby wheels, gas cap, and brightwork. BFGoodrich radial tires and headers round out the performance setup.

Interior remains largely original with only the carpet, headliner, and driver’s seat upholstery replaced.
